Bob this derailment is on the uP SP Fresno SUb near ELk Grove.
Train looks like it collapsed the COnsumnes RIver bridge.
This is very close to the 99 Frwy overpass over the Fresno SUb.
KCRA 3 has had live copter footage on their facebook page.
NO hazmat involved in this, only rice and tomato sauce per radio traffic.
Train is the UP Tracy Local as I understand it.
