It's sad to see that if Howard is right, painting the engine is not a high priority. I agree that some expenses like paying employees and keeping the track safe are higher priorities but if they can't afford a full paint job they should at least paint over the graffiti.
It's hard to support their other goals of running passenger trains if they seem to be so unconcerned about their image.
Companies get more support from the public when they maintain a high class operation.
