As a native Californian now retired and living in Oregon, whether the state realizes it or not, a big crisis is going to hit them and possibly the state will have to declare bankruptcy. If that happens then all those sucking government tit money will soon have to face the real world. The state needs to change direction by encouraging businesses and the public to come (or remain) in the state by lowering tax rates everywhere. Somehow I don't think they have leaders with enough toughness to take the challenge.Too many liberals want the state to be a utopia.
