Wikipedia forgot about Walkermine (Plumas County) - whipped concentrates by tramway to the WP at Spring Garden, for smelting in Utah. The tunnels were recently sealed since they were leaching copper into the local streams.

Also there is a copper deposit near Island Mountain on the NWP, but even the NWP proponents are not proposing mining that one.
