Any NEW NWP news?

This past week while making deliveries through Petaluma & Santa Rosa, I've been noticing
a handful of grade crossing signals being installed or repaired by contractors. Does this mean
that the NWP is actually making REAL progress in trying to reopen the line?
If anybody has any REAL, LEGITIMATE news, I'd like to know if this is the "real deal."
