Hey Pechner, is there any sort of timeline?

Is there any sort of operating plan timeline? It seems there has been work on going on the southern end of the line, but is there a target date for the the first train to roll? I know there is a lot of pessimistic opinions here and north of Willits, rightfully so, but is there a estimated start up date?
