For you citizens in the Bay Area that have lived there before the Santa Clara Valley became the Silicon Valley, this has been a perpetual prediction. If I wake up every morning and say "I am going to die in the next 30 years", I am going to be absolutely right some day...

So they do not have a goal/target date for opening the south end? They are just working on the railroad? Pumping money into it with no plan? Hard to believe.

If that is the case, it doesn't sound like the plan is real organized. In order to roll the first train, there has to be business lined up ready to ship. So are there any businesses currently committed to shipping?
