While at the Shortline meeting yesterday, a group was brain-storming
about re-purposing freight cars. Specifically coal hoppers. Now it was told
that some lines would turn box cars into grain cars, but what about the idea of
turning coal hoppers into some type of liquid transport car. Using a bladder for example
to move dairy, feed lot or hog farm water waste? Any ideas? How would you turn a car
designed to move lumps of coal into a liquid or liquid sludge car?

PS... No silly answers please. Your idea could be worth something big.
