Bridge must be fixed. As promised the other day, #14 of the 10th is on its way, on time at Santa Barbara, with all normal stops scheduled to Seattle. #11 of the 10th originated in Sacramento again, but presumably tomorrow's #11 will do the whole run. See Amtrak status map: [asm.transitdocs.com]
