Will the BNSF Agree to Steam Excursions Agin?

After all of the difficulties in getting SP 4449 out of the station on Saturday and Sunday will the BNSF agree to something like this in the future?

The Fallbridge Dispatcher was heard to say something along the lines of this Amtrak Special is holding the entire railroad hostage.
