I suggest the noise "nuisance" as the French call it is being systematically downplayed by Jerry Brown & Co. occasioned by the very high speed levels necessary to meet Prop 1a. They promised bleeding edge HSR between SF and LA and there will be buyers' remorse if and when they do not deliver. Of course Jerry will be long gone and me too but there will those still around to document another iconic political class bait and switch played on the "little people".
