OERM fails to publish their PDF e-Gazette regarding the status of the Perris depot connection.
I believe RCTC owns the track from Perris Depot to Pinacate (OERM), as well. Does RCTC own the old California Southern ROW to Canyon Lake too?
Bob, you might want to contact Joe Fuller, OERM President. Can/should RCTC fund the Perris connection? Also, I believe the reason that the Metrolink Perris Valley Line excursion wasnt to OERM was because the track is bad ordered from the switch at Perris to 11th. Street crossing.
Looks like OERM also needs all the help on MOW hands it can get. Why not show up and help their MOW department. Do they have tampers, motorcars and hirails and do they perform their own inspections or is that done by Metrolink now?
