For which line are you talking about? The SP had central bakeries in Oakland and Los Angeles that baked Everything , and I mean everything that was used on the diners. I got a book at home that tells how many pies, loaves of bread, etc. The numbers are staggering.

I also have 2 railroad diner cookbooks at home, one from UP, and the other a collection of recipes for all railroads.

I do not think Carrs crackers are them.
