actually muni's problem, and it's well documented by the local press,
is that they can't keep anything running, crappy mechanics and lousy
management, and as far as kansas &
pennsylvania go, they elected these
clowns, so don't feel sorry for them,
they got what they deserved, and the
GOP transportation plan is, mule power & shoe leather, it worked
great, back in the 18th century
