I'll second the East Wind Drive - In in Cascade Locks, OR.
I'll add Trackside Pizza in downtown Puyallup, WA., kitty - corner from the Sounder station on Meridian Ave., at the BNSF Seattle to Tacoma mainline. Also Sunbreak Cafe in downtown Auburn, WA., with views of the BNSF main line just East of the Auburn Sounder station. And Cascade Inn and the Whistling Post Tavern in Skykomish, WA.
A bit further East is the Coney Island Hot Dog cafe in Scranton,PA., where Washington Ave. ducks under the D-L tracks just a few blocks South of Steamtown.
