Hasn't kept up with the cost of inflation? What fantasyland do you live in? Inflation has run 2-3% in the last 5-6 years EXCEPT for those Healthcare costs that your contract has fixed at $228.89 a month through 2019. Carriers portion has basically doubled in the same time and there's where any fat wage increase has gone to. Meanwhile your still getting at 12% raise retroactive to 2015. You need to get over the fact that the RRs are not running a charity.
The terrible part for you is they actually expect you to do some work for that money. Life's rough like that. On the other hand Was-Mart is usually hiring if you can't cut it in the railroad biz.
