Should be c/n 15713, built 1942 for the US Army Cornhusker ordinance plant in Nebraska; to Alaska Railroad; to Chelatchie Prairie Railroad 1981; to Oregon Pacific #4501 1994; to Port of Tillamook Bay 2008; to S&S Shortline Leasing 2010. I know Stan Patterson reads this board and responds from time to time; perhaps he can clear things up. S&S Shortline Leasing of Farmington, Utah, holds the STB operating certificates to provide common carrier service on the Nevada Northern mainline from Cobre to McGill Junction, they are affiliated and use the same logo (and address) as S&S Sales and Leasing. William’s Midwest Pacific Railnet & Logistics also claims to NN as one of their operations, and Mike Williams has been referenced in the Ely newspaper articles about the situation on the north end of that line. Both organizations are apparently involved somehow.
