the truth is, and sacto knows this,
is that the ncra exists solel yfor the
professional politicans, who have
been milking this cow for decades,
as joe brought up, the ncra can't
clean up it's own mess, let alone
the enviromental disaster polluting
the canyon, while the norcal mafia
cherry picks and milks the south end,
where is all this new business that
has been promised, same excuses, year
after year, blame it on someone else
