They may have some luck with the old pilings. A worm that eats wood in salt water has probably eaten a large amount of the wood pilings. So less material to dispose of. Had a tour of the Hueblin plant in 1980 while attending Cal Poly SLO. The plant was delivered tank cars of alcohol that was filtered into Smirnoff and other vodkas.
