The "3 locos +8 cars" were on #11, added to the regular consist.
We cheapskates can't see that in the TO thumbnail, so rely on other sources, and the caption
Estimate that 101 could open tomorrow was retracted.
The opening date is now "indefinite"
OH Stella is a cultural allusion, to the play "A Streetcar Named Desire"
And Desire is a street in New Orleans, once a streetcar route.
