Mitsy: The only gulible person here is you! I know the voters of Marin and Sonoma are smarter then you. Simply put, if the voters support commuter rail and think that SMART can do the job, then it will pass. The don't give a rats a-s about Humbolt Bay, Island Mtn. quarry, gravel trains or alleged damage to salmon and steelhead. They're concerned with getting from point A to point B without having take a car. Finally, I don't care what you believe, NCRA-NWP has a freight EASEMENT, its in the agreement with SMART and therefore comes under the STB and IS NOT, and CAN NOT be facilitated by SMART as claimed in the ballot argument. Its those folks like you that are tying to muddy the waters. When you come up for re-election, you can bet your bottom dollar that I will remind voters of your record, and its NOT GREEN!
