The Box Canyon Bridge was what came to my mind as well. Being accessible from only one side, the fact that they cantilevered the construction of the bridge, using rails as counterweight is quite the engineering feat.

The Idaho and Washington Northern spared no expense on the line, which likely contributed to the takeover by The Milwaukee Road. I’m sad that POVA no longer operates over this bridge, but cherish my memories from the Lyons Train Rides over it...
