MRL in Western Montana, 2018 update

Curious for an update on Montana Rail Link's western Montana branchlines, the Bitterroot Valley, Polson and Phillipsburg, respectively.

I've found little, if any information about the lines' status since around 2011, when customers' closures and/or weather damage forced curtailment of operations (the Phillipsburg line apparently entered dormancy before 2011 for reasons undetermined). In 2016, MRL was using the northernmost portion of the Bitterroot Valley for car storage. Aside from that, any new developments?
