My understanding is that its no longer Western Washington RR, as the line was sold by the previous owner, City of Tacoma [Utilities] to Rainier Rail, which is part of Frontier Rail. See page 48 of this document: [cms.cityoftacoma.org]

For those not familiar with the area, here is a map of the area RRs: [www.trpc.org]
On that map the WW / RR tracks are identified as TRMD (Tacoma Rail).
