Signing Bonus - ess are a big deal in the Trucking Industry right now. But if you actually read the fine print, you will find the bonus is almost impossible to fully collect on. You basically enslave yourself to the company, cannot refuse a dispatch for any reason ( even if it means violating Federal Hours of Service Rules or driving bad equipment ), and can lose the bonus AND possibly the job if any claim is filed against you for freight damage, even if the shipper loaded and sealed the trailer !!! If you fart out the wrong cheek, pick your nose with the wrong thumb, or dare to question the company in any way it's Bye - Bye Bonus !!!
