Yes...it is a Federal offense...had to be reported to Homeland Security. Interfering with Interstate Commerce (ie not being to be able to do FRA twice weekly track inspections) and theft of FCC licensed mobile railroad radio would be a start.

We're thinking about installing tracking devices on vehicles and m of w equipment.
