If that is the original name on the car it was part of GM's Train of Tomorrow. That car made early Amtrak, has a rather low angled dome. It sat for some time at Amtrak Houston during winter of 1976 with freeze damage, when I fixed the busted plumbing that Chicago caused, it went north on the Lone Star (16) and I n ever saw it again.
