Bay Area Questions..

I have a few questions from my recent trip to the Bay Area :
1) When was the Espee Lenzen Ave. roundhouse in San Jose torn down ??? Or did it finally fall down ???
2) When did CalTrain eliminate the stop @ Paul Ave in San Francisco ???
3) When did Muni Metro Light Rail start running to 4th & King (CalTrain)???
4) Rode the Amtrak Capitols to Sacramento; how does the current running time of 3' 15" compare to days of old (Senator/Statesman/El Dorado) ???
5) When did it become legal in San Francisco for a mother to let her little boy pee on a light post on Market St. IN BROAD DAYLIGHT ?!?
Forgive me if any of these questions seem outdated; I had not explored the Bay Area at length since the early 1990's...
