Agreed. This especially comes true as towns transform and reinvent themselves. This, in my humble opinion, was a major factor in what I witnessed with the itm's operations through the Fishers, IN. Areas. I actually saw motorists being so irritated by having to wait for a passing train, that the resorted to honking the horn, screaming at their windshield, and giving the passengers the Hoosier Salute!
