Remaining Napa Jct Traffic?

With the loss of Napa Pipe, garbage, Nabisco (or was it General Mills?), Mare Island and NWP traffic, what's still moving thru Napa Jct and over Jamison Canyon? If UPRR were to abandon the line, that would pretty much seal the fate of the NWP as a freight carrier, wouldn't it?
