At one point what would have made sense was for CORP to operate the line and obtain trackage rights over the UP and thence over the CFNR to Woodland. The old CORP regime would have done this
as the combined P&W/CORP haul out of Oregon bound for Woodland would have generated a fair sized
daily train.
