Amtrak 763 hit car at Capitan

Another Amtrak delay do to stupid people driving in front of trains.
AMTRAK 763 hit a car at Capitan and no injuries and or anybody killed.

40 mins late Capitan to Surf
and 1 hour late
Surf to SLO.

AMTRAK 14 behind too and of course AMLATE.
