What horrible conspiracy is being exposed here? MCBC has a "small contract" with something called the North Bay Transportation Alliance. They are supporting the SMART campaign as any group has a legitimate right to do. No public money appears to be flowing into MCBC from the transit district. MCBC's status as a 501(c)(3) organization does not take away their constitutional right to participate in issues that impact them.
