Synonymouse, I give up trying to figure out what you are talking about. What do you favor or oppose and why? I mean, beside having a burr under your saddle about BART. SMART's current plans do not foreclose future improvements as population shifts and technology developments may warrant.

Benjamin Franklin told the delegates to the Constitutional Convention in 1787 not to hold out for a perfect document. Rather, he said, accept the imperfect as opposed to nothing at all.
