If those specifications are really that (meaning that they specify measurable values, and not materials to be used, or designs), it is very likely that the Stadler engineers come up with a very suitable design. Of course, it also depends on how much compromising would be demanded by the client (aka Amtrak), and how much their Utah plant can mess up… remember, the carbodies for the Caltrain KISSes are made in Switzerland, and then shipped for the final assembly. (and there are good reasons for that…)

Most likely, the cars would be lighter than the Superliner II.
