More to the point of thread, PSR at shortline - general joke. A shortline is either on schedule with their one train a day, or there is a reason why they can't be that given day. If a shortline took seriously PSR they would jack the prices on their limited set of customers, cut the one train they had, and salvage the assets. Excellent operating ratio, but most shortlines have nothing of the sort to mine - and are looking for growth yet.
