If 20 trains a day is ridiculous then why won't NCRA agree to to limit the number of trains and move on. Novato would drop their lawsuit in a second if there was a guaranteed limit on the number and length of trains. So pick a "reasonable" number for the entire line, do the EIR and lets move on. Why is the NCRA so afraid of disclosure anyway?

While you may think that the City of Novato has no authority, I for one, am proud they are doing what they can to represent and protect the citizens of this town from unresponsive and irresponsible state agencies.
