The only way I believe UP would allow this is for something like the American Freedom Train which had a lot of deep pocket of corporate sponsors, some of whom might have been major freight shippers to pull that off.
Maybe an Olympic Torch train to the next one in LA 2024? with 4449 like the diesel powered ones UP has operated to past Olympics in Atlanta or Salt Lake City? for summer and winter games is possible but UP would probably want to use it's own engines.
