Not to be insensitive as I am 68 but this was a trespasser in an area that is fenced with warning not to trespass. As with many other the accidents with SMART pleple desreguard the warning signs, It is an active railroad right of way and as such there can be a train any time. You do not walk in the middle of a road or highway.Condoleces to the family and to the train crew and 1st responders
