No cars have been loaded at Seneca Seed (Former Green giant cannery)in Dayton in 3 years. Side dumps are getting loaded as needed with rock for a cement concern locally. The tracks you saw being removed led to the Elevator the 2 tracks needed for the cannery are still in place. It is thought the cannery will begin shipping again this season. It is also believed Frontier will take over the three lines running out of Walla Walla.
