no, the new tube should be minimally four tracks two BART, two AAR. why BART? because they are so unwilling to run 24/7 using lack of redundancy (correctly spelled will) and cinderella liberty sucks even for this 74 yr old who likes late music and movies.

But, as a protective measure, the tunnels should be owned,maintained, controlled by Caltrain.
