The article makes no mention of the 38 Geary. It covers more global issues affecting Muni.

If electrifying the 38 Geary is so important to you, then why don't you move to The City and start an organization of Geary Boulevard residents and business owners as well as 38 Geary riders to advocate for that to happen.
