Anybody ever hear of N. Philadelphia? They've been shooting at trains on the NEC there for decades, plus dropping things off overpasses so they penetrate locomotive windshields (which is one of the reasons why you can't see anything from RR overpasses anymore).

I can tell see never been around W Philly very much.

As usual the alt-brain dead have twisted the idea all out of reality. Conviction of a class 3 felony = lose your voting right. Serving out your sentence and/or clemency = regain your voting rights. As things stand now, regaining your voting rights isn't possible.
