latin america is quickly changing directions. The Ruskies and Chinese are fighting for a piece of the pie from every angle. With Boeing buying Embraer and Renault, Hyundai and VW running the autoplex, China and Russia are going after the oil-energy, military complexes and infrastructure. America's influence is quickly evaporating.
