I believe Mr. Conlon needs to get his facts straight...


Aren't local municipalities responsible for the purchase and upgrade of grade crossing equipment, not Caltrain?

They, Caltrain, didn't force 20 people into the path of the train and murder them, thank you very much... They, who were in the path of the train, destroyed themselves.
