HSR is going over the "Universal Corridor" aka Altamont

HSR is going over the "Universal Corridor" aka Altamont, however it is also going over Pacheco.

The 2018 CAHSR business plan has Fresno to LA at 120 min.

Valley Link's long range "Universal Corridor" plan has Peninsula to Merced 80 min.
For Fresno to Merced, I'm guessing, 10-15 mins.

So LA-Peninsula would be 3hr:35min and another 10 min for hard left to SJ, or 3hr:45min for Altamont to SJ.

Prop 1A has 3hr:10min for LA to SJ
