Altamont's times are way over prop1A; if I could only do basic math

Prop 1A: is 2:10 and not 3:10 for LA to SJ.

3hr:35min via Altamont seems way to high but that's what Valley Link and CAHSR have.

My math:

The 2018 CAHSR business plan has Fresno to LA at about 120 min.
Valley Link's "Universal Corridor" concept has Peninsula to Merced 80 min.
For Fresno to Merced, I'm guessing, 10-15 mins.
