UP-Truckee

Sorry if this is a repeat observation----

I hiked the sheds on the 4th and decided to check out the balloon and stub tracks in Truckee to see if the UP was "summering" any spreaders or flangers there. The answer would be NO--

The reason why is the stub track and all of UPs MOW building(s) are now gone. Freshly paved road, sidewalks and curbing now occupy what was the last vestige of physical plant for railroad operations(minus the rail)in Truckee. A recent Sat photo shows a dirt berm crossing over the balloon track on the north portion. It appears a temporary and I imagine it was for the paving operations.

Does anyone the time line on this?
*how long this was in the works?
* when did the actual construction begin?

As always Thanks!!!!
