My solutions to RCTC's problem with "no funding" for Metrolink weekend Perris service, is to lease 3751 to ML, and use it for the weekend service, it would sell out.

On the Coastline however, UP would only allow their 4-8-4 to operate...

Just maybe, a 4-6-2 could help SMART generate more trips, too?

Of course, the Mouse would have a hemorrhage and full blow seizure, if evil SMART was to do something so devious....
