Yes, it will be the most comfortable of all transports modes. That's because we will still be sitting in our own comfortable living rooms dreaming on - and on and on and.... ; even after all the money is spent!

Oh! And BTW, did you notice the fine print? The proposition made an appropriation from the already bankrupt California General fund to pay all principle and interest incurred. With so many overlapping appropriations made by various propositions over years, it is no wonder the legislature can not balance its budgets.
